Important Information

  1. The event starts at 9 am. Kindly be there on time so that you don't miss out on the opportunity to participate in any of your preferred/registered events. You will appreciate that once an event gets completed, we can't really accommodate any request of participation in spite of pre-registration and therefore it is extremely important to reach the venue on time.
  2. Colleagues, who have registered to participate in any event, must carry the packet (chest number + coupon booklet coupons) and reach at 9am at the venue to participate in ABP Annual Sports 2025.
  3. All registered candidates (employees and family members), who will participate in any of the events, will receive a participation prize. The participation prizes must be collected (on production of your participation/gift coupon) from the ground after the prize distribution ceremony.
  4. The Snacks box & Fruit (for the participants) will be distributed 12.30 pm onwards on production of QR coded coupons.
  5. Tea / Coffee, Cold Drinks & Ice Cream will be distributed from the respective counters which can be availed by the participants on production of coupons. Audience (Non-participants) can buy tea/coffee, cold drinks, ice cream from the same counters.
  6. Carnival Stalls along with the surprise gifts are being arranged for the kids on one side of the ground. The parents are requested to take their kids there for fun and enjoyment.
  7. Please contact the Registration Desk on the ground if you want to participate in a new event (one can participate in maximum of 3 individual events). Group event registration can also be done from the registration desk on the ground.

Guidelines

  • Each employee /consultant/retainer should fill in entry forms for self and spouse and child / children only.
  • Last date for submission of Entry Forms is January 6th, 2025 (6 p.m.)
  • Employee/consultant/retainer's children who are below 18 years can only participate for the events
  • Only a maximum of 3 (three) individual events can be selected for each participant. Over and above this you can participate in group events subject to approval from department/section heads
  • Online registration can be done here or entry forms can be dropped in the drop boxes placed at the security points in your premises

  • Registration for group events ' Tug of War' and ' Relay Race' can be done online this year. All department/section heads have the option of adding their team members for group events
